20 years of mixed experience in Banking, Finance and Consulting. Started career in 2003 as Probationary Officer with PSU Bank, there got experience of working in retail and corporate department for 5 years than moved to Private Sector Bank and worked with mostly Large Corporates Clients in Forex and Credit department for another 5 years. After that worked as State Head Bihar and got experience of Micro finance and Agri Finance Sector for another 5 to 6 years than switched to consulting side and worked with Ernst n Young as Consultant with UP Government’s ODOP Department. At present consultant with one Block - Chain Company and got opportunity to execute the project in Jharkhand with Agriculture Department.

Mr. Brij Bihari Shukla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project financing, particularly within the agricultural sector. With over 13 years of expertise, he has successfully navigated various funding mechanisms and schemes, including the Prime Minister Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) scheme and the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF). Mr. Shukla has played a pivotal role in the implementation of the PMFME scheme, guiding micro food processing enterprises through the intricacies of the program. He has successfully assisted numerous enterprises in securing funding under the PMFME scheme & many other Govt. Sponsored Schemes, helping them to formalize operations, enhance productivity, and expand market reach. He has a proven track record of developing and executing strategic project plans under the AIF, aimed at building and improving agricultural infrastructure. A keen analyst with extensive knowledge of financial markets as well as exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills along with abilities in liaising with Banks / FI’s / Investors / Corporates / External Agencies.
